By accessing the SelfLoveWithElodie website and its services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services or download any materials.

1. SERVICE STRUCTURE


SelfLoveWithElodie offers the following services exclusively online:

  • Membership Access:

    • The 'I Am Glowing' membership provides access to face yoga routines, facial massage techniques, meditation practices, breathwork exercises, and wellbeing practices.

    • Annual members receive one live Zoom Q&A session with Elodie for personalized advice.

    • Membership content is non-downloadable and accessible only during the membership term.

  • Private Classes:

    • Live, online face yoga private classes tailored to individual skincare and wellness needs.

2. ELIGIBILITY


You must be at least 20 years of age to use our Services. Users under 20 must have parental consent, and parents are responsible for their child's actions on the platform. By using our Services, you agree that you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS


By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

  • Maintain respectful behavior in forums, community spaces, and live sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in service termination.

  • Confirm that you are at least 20 years old before signing up, as our services are designed for women in this age group seeking to slow aging and enhance natural beauty.

  • Respect intellectual property rights, prohibiting redistribution, copying, or resale of any content provided through our Services.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS


Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Affirm

  • Afterpay

 

Returns and Refunds for Physical Products:

​

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened, undamaged goods within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

  • Once the returned goods have been inspected and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Opened or used products are non-refundable due to our commitment to product purity and freshness.

  • We will issue a refund ( which will include the costs of the original delivery/ order, but not the cost of the returning shipping)

  • For our own protection, we recommend you to use a trusting delivery service, package appropriately to avoid damage in transit. Retain your receipt as proof of postage.

  •  

Refunds and Rescheduling for Private Classes:

  • Private classes may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. No refunds will be issued for private classes once purchased.

  • Package purchases that include private classes are non-refundable as they grant access to the 'I Am Glowing' membership.

  • ​

Memberships:

​

  • Monthly Membership: The monthly membership renews automatically and can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. Once billed for the month, payments are non-refundable.

  • 3-Month Promotional Membership: This one-time promotional deal is non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased.

  • Annual Membership: The annual membership includes a 7-day free trial. If the membership is canceled during this trial period, no charges will be applied. After the 7-day trial, the full annual fee will be billed and is non-refundable.

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER


SelfLoveWithElodie provides Services "as is" and makes no representations or warranties regarding the Services or content, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You assume all responsibility and risk for using the Services. If you have any medical conditions, consult a doctor before using any exercise routines.

6. COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK & USE OF MATERIALS


All content on the website, including text, images, and videos (collectively "Materials"), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may use the Materials for personal and educational purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content without permission.

7. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Sharing your account credentials is prohibited.
