Use: Add about a cup of Sacred Flower Steam mix to a basin of hot water.
 
Let the mixture steep for a minute. Remove your cloths from the waist down. Squat directly over the basin (some people prefer to place the basin in the toilet and then sit on it). Warp a large towel around your waist and legs to prevent the steam from escaping. Steam session last as long as the water stays warm 10 to 30 min.
